There are many ways you can work with me individually or in workshops.. I work with adults and children, professional movers and people in recovery.
You can work with me in person or take my audio programs at home. Whatever your situation you can find something that works for you...
You can work with me individually in Herts, at Rickmansworth, or in London. You can also contact me about sessions in Amsterdam.
Can't get to me? We can still work on Skype - I can guide you through something specifically for you.
For more intensive work you can work with me on a consultancy basis- great for professional movers or people really ready to dive deep into embodiment, or in recovery or rehab.
