Individual Sessions

You can book a private session with me at the following Hertfordshire locations... If you are in London you can check with me if something can be arranged at one of the locations I use or I may be able to work with you on a consultancy basis at your location. I do individual lessons with adults and children. You can also contact me about sessions in Amsterdam as I am there regularly.

Overseas & Skype

If you are overseas you can enquire about availability at my workshops, or ask about working on a consultancy basis.  I offer Skype sessions wherever you are in the world if you are unable to get to me.

Going Deeper

If you are really looking to make an impact not just dipping a toe then you can work with me on a consultancy basis. This could be on an intensive basis at your location or mine, or on skype.  This is perfect for athletes, or professional movers, as well as people ready to make a big change.. Nearest tube Croxley on the Metropolitan line. 40 mins from Baker St. Central London.  Croxley station 5 mins walk.

Nearest mainline station Watford - 10 mins by taxi.

Berkhamsted Hertfordshire

I do my group classes and workshops in Berkhamsted at the beautiful Town Hall. 

30 mins from London Euston station plus 5-10 mins walk.

Amsterdam

I am frequently in Amsterdam and plan to have something official to offer there soon. Meantime if you would like to arrange a session while I am there contact me and I will see what I can do.

If you are overseas or unable to get to me I can offer Skype Sessions.  The world is small..
